INSPIRATION FROM AROUND THE WORLD FOR AN AESTHETIC AND MEANINGFUL LIFESTYLE

Two Places, One Vision – Hotel Heureka & ATOMOS Clinic

Reviving forgotten worlds.

Angela Valach and her sons Florian and Christoph have created places that turn silence into beauty: Hotel Heureka in Venice and the ATOMOS Clinic in Vienna. Two houses that tell stories of transformation, trust and human connection.

Discovered in the Hidden

Some places fall silent. Their walls remember, but they no longer breathe warmth.
Such was the case with a decaying Venetian palazzo in Cannaregio. Yet when Angela, Florian and Christoph Valach discovered it, they saw something else: possibility, beauty, and soul.

Though the building already had permission to be turned into a hotel, the design proposed small, segmented rooms. The Valachs refused to confine such grandeur.
They envisioned open spaces and a sense of flow — a house that breathes.

Thus began the true transformation: Hotel Heureka was to remain a palazzo and become a hotel, blending heritage and modernity in the spirit of Venice.

Inspired by Venetian Craftsmanship

Every detail honors Venetian artistry. Working with local masters and workshops, they preserved the soul of the city through design. Under the creative direction of Angela Valach, founder of MasterPlan A EinRichtung, interiors emerged that balance contrast and harmony.

“If you truly want to transform something, you must do it from the ground up.”
Angela Valach

An Indian marble seating group or a Nepalese birdhouse converse with Venetian elements — creating a place that feels both familiar and timeless.
Guests often write in the guestbook how deeply they felt “at home”.

From Hospital to Hospitality

In Vienna’s Währing district, 600 kilometers north of Venice, the same philosophy took on a new shape: the ATOMOS Clinic.
What was once a worn-down cosmetic clinic is now a place of trust and healing.

ATOMOS KLINIK WIEN – MASTERPLAN A

Led by Florian Valach, doctor and managing director, and Christoph Valach, practicing physician, the ATOMOS Clinic was rebuilt from the ground up.
Here, “hospitality” becomes something more — the bridge between medical precision and human warmth.

Every design decision was made with care; art, light and atmosphere play vital roles. Patients describe the clinic as a place of well-being, saying they would “gladly check in again” — a phrase that blurs the line between clinic and hotel.

“The right thing in the right place — that’s what leads to a true transformation of a space.”
Angela Valach

The Whole Becomes Harmony

Like the pieces of a mosaic, the Valachs’ two creations come together as one vision.
One stands for healing, the other for retreat — both for the art of creating soulful spaces.

“When assembling a mosaic, it’s not just about the beauty of each piece, but placing them in the right spot so a new image can emerge.”
Angela Valach

Through Hotel Heureka in Venice and the ATOMOS Clinic in Vienna, they have given new voices to once-forgotten worlds — and, in doing so, to themselves.
