INSPIRATION FROM AROUND THE WORLD FOR AN AESTHETIC AND MEANINGFUL LIFESTYLE

The Sabotage Collection: FM4 x peng!

To mark its 30th anniversary, FM4 teams up with Vienna-based label peng! for a limited capsule collection – fashion as pop culture and rebellion.

30 years of FM4 – and instead of cake, the Austrian radio station drops festival-ready fashion. Together with Vienna’s peng!, FM4 presents the Sabotage Collection: sustainable, rebellious, and unique. Clothing that embodies the spirit of a broadcaster shaping music and identity beyond the mainstream.

“Sabotage was FM4’s first heartbeat – now it’s wearable.”

On January 16, 1995, FM4 went on air for the first time, with chewing gum stuck to the mixing desk and the Beastie Boys blasting through the speakers. Thirty years later, the station translates that spirit into fashion: the FM4 x peng! Sabotage Collection.

The creative studio peng!, founded in 2007 by Roman Globan, moves between fashion, art, and subtle anarchy. With a small but visionary team, peng! creates projects that are both meticulously detailed and playfully subversive.

For FM4, they designed a capsule collection that sees fashion as a statement: windbreakers, hoodies, raincoats, festival bags, silk scarves, and T-shirts – all with tape appliqués, DIY touches, and deliberately twisted codes. Sustainably produced, locally refined, each piece is unique.

The collection is modeled not by professionals, but by musicians shaping Austria’s new scene – including Sodl, Diemarcha, LEETA, SALÒ, Purple, Oskar Haag, rankha, WYD, and 8nfra. FM4 thus remains what it has been for three decades: a platform and playground for pop culture beyond the mainstream.

“To sabotage doesn’t mean to destroy – it means daring to be first.”

The official launch takes place on October 3, 2025, at the FM4 Unlimited Event in Vienna’s Prater. With free rides, a pop-up shop, personalized wristbands, and an afterparty at Pratersauna, the event merges music, fashion, and subculture.

For everyone else: the FM4 x peng! Sabotage Capsule Collection is also available online while stocks last.
