London: ‘BE NICE’ EXHIBITION 13 – 17 December 2023

INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS CHRIS LEVINE, ANTHONY BURVILL, ROB & NICK CARTER AND OTHERS COME TOGETHER TO HELP DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN LONDON THIS CHRISTMAS.

This December, The Nice Co. presents over fifteen acclaimed international artists for a group show in central London, with all artwork profits being donated to six London charities, working to support children, families and young people in the capital.

Presented by The Nice Co at Noho Showrooms, Be Nice is an inaugural charity exhibition that brings together renowned international names and up-and-coming artists for a Christmas cause in the capital.

From 13th December, newly commissioned artworks will be on show and available to purchase alongside existing pieces by artists such as Chris Levine, Rob & Nick Carter, Anthony Burrill, Jo Hummel, Jelly Green, Nick Smith, David Shillinglaw, Cat Spilman, Ces Mccully, Boo Saville, Ian Rayer-Smith, Jonathan Lawes, Charlotte Rose, Jason Tessier, Robi Walters, Ant Carver and Lily Mixe. With a diverse cross-section of styles and mediums Be Nice features a wide range of accessible artwork with pieces for the novice to more seasoned collectors.

The exhibition has been brought to life by The Nice Co. in partnership with The Childhood Trust, London’s leading child poverty charity, dedicated to alleviating the impact of poverty on children and young people living in the capital. The exhibition aims to raise over £50,000 as part of The Childhood Trust’s Christmas campaign and all profits from artwork sales from Be Nice will be distributed to six grassrooted London charities – Bow Food Bank, City Gateway, Little Village, The Dalgarno Trust, The Harrow Club and Up ’N Away; directly impacting the lives of over 3,500 people.

Compounded by the cost of living crisis, London’s most vulnerable children and young adults are in crisis with 37% of children in London living in poverty, and 2 in 5 school-aged children regularly missing meals, as families have no choice but to pay for bills over food.

Original artworks and limited edition prints are available with prices ranging from prints at £80 to £10,000+ for larger scale original art works. Exclusively available The Nice Co merchandise ensures the creative showcase has something for everyone, including a wide range of Christmas gifts. For each individual artwork sold, the buyer will be shown what impact the art sale has for on the chosen charity, for example if artwork sales reach £8,000, The Dalgarno Trust Foodbank can distribute over 300 bags of food per week throughout 2024 plus hot, healthy meals to the 60 children who attend their holiday camps.

Be Nice exhibition from The Nice Co opens at Noho Showrooms, 67 Great Titchfield Street from 13 – 17 December 2023.
