From September 29 to November 11, 2023, the third edition of the “Festival des Etoilés” Monte-Carlo will take place. The huge success of the previous series of events makes this year’s edition the culinary event not to be missed. The resort’s Michelin-starred chefs will be hosting four-handed dinners, each of which they invite chefs of international standing to prepare.

From the roots of a majestic Amazonian tree to the cells inside our bodies and the galaxies above, everything is connected. London-based experimental art collective Marshmallow Laser Feast (MLF) will illuminate these hidden connections beyond our everyday perception, in a world premiere exhibition at ACMI this summer, from 23 November 2023 – 14 April 2024.

They find the space for this in the Geba carpet gallery, which has been at home in the heart of Graz’s old town since 1987 and is a permanent fixture in international carpet design. Inspired by modern art and architecture, Harald Geba rethought the carpet. Since then, Geba carpets have combined timeless modern designs with traditional craftsmanship.

Helsinki has a lively and high-quality food culture that is still not fully recognised internationally. The goal of the City of Helsinki’s new food strategy is to highlight the Finnish capital’s unique food offerings and promote Helsinki as a world-class food city. Food will also be a central theme at the Matka Nordic Travel Fair on 20-22 January 2023. Helsinki’s food story will also be shared to the world by the restaurant Finnjävel’s pop-up at COMO The Halkin Hotel in London from 21 March to 1 April 2023.
