Originally opened as Le Golf Hôtel, Le Beauvallon quickly became a social and cultural landmark of the Riviera. Writers such as Colette and F. Scott Fitzgerald, statesmen like Winston Churchill and film icons including Audrey Hepburn all left their imprint on its story.
After decades marked by transformation and renewal, the property now enters a new era — one that honours its past while embracing a quieter, more conscious form of luxury.

The sea-view restaurant Beauvallon Sur Mer offers Mediterranean cuisine shaped by simplicity and seasonality, set against striking architecture including the former Serpentine Pavilion by Toyo Ito.
An extension of the restaurant, the Beauvallon Sur Mer Beach Club unfolds directly on the shoreline, featuring elegant sunbeds, a poolside setting and a fresh, seasonal menu. In the sunlit Winter Garden, guests can enjoy all-day dining alongside nourishing dishes from COMO Shambhala Kitchen.
