The charming 5* Hotel L’Alpaga, from the Beaumier Collection, is located in the French Alps, just minutes from the famous village of Megève. Brand new to the team, Chef Alexandre Baule and talented pastry chef Tess Evans-Mialet form a creative duo, presenting dishes inspired by a local and artisanal cuisine using products from the mountains. A moment of pleasure that guests can experience as part of a six- or eight-course menu with meat and fish, but also with a menu made from 100% plant-based ingredients.
In 2021, L’Alpaga* has revamped itself, drawing on the expertise of interior design firm Charles & Co. The interior was designed to be unlike any other chalet in the area. The custom-made objects, sourced from all over Europe, make the hotel a unique address. The result is a warm interior characterized by the use of materials such as velvet and wood.
