Steeped in history, the resort is now being reinterpreted and revitalized. Kennedy Wilson, a firm specializing in sustainable real estate, developed this hotel experience in partnership with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. The Hawaiian tradition of hoʻokipa (hospitality) was emphasized.
