Schloss Hollenegg for Design is pleased to announce its ninth annual design exhibition: WOOD LAND. The exhibition focuses on the forest and its most important resource - wood. The show demonstrates various techniques for processing wood and imparts knowledge about different tree species and wood essences. Each object on display also provides an opportunity to discuss topics such as global warming, forest management and sustainable wood production.

MOCA presents an outdoor installation by Los Angeles-based artist Larry Bell. Commissioned specifically for the Sculpture Plaza at MOCA Grand Avenue, Bill and Coo at MOCA’s Nest is a signature, space-defining work, at once creating a public art space while also echoing and highlighting the geometric forms that comprise the museum’s Pritzker Prize winning Arata Isozaki-designed building. This installation was generously gifted by MOCA Trustee Carol Appel, who has served on the board for four years, and her husband David Appel.
In spring 2024, it will be decided whether the Danish star architect Dorte Mandrup will be the winner of the Mies van der Rohe Award with her Kangiata Illorsua Ilulissat Icefjord Centre. The Icefjord Information Centre in Greenland has been nominated for Europe's most prestigious architecture prize.
