Konstantin Filippou’s cookbook is simply called “Konstantin Filippou”. Although the top chef, who has his own restaurant, also pays homage to overabundance, the recipes in the book seem to be extremely puristic – at least at first glance. They have names like “Skate sausage. Mustard caviar.”
