Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi: A New Chapter in Ultra-Luxury Hospitality

A Private Island Sanctuary Merging Italian Elegance with Arabian Soul

Abu Dhabi is set to welcome a new architectural icon: Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has announced, in partnership with Eagle Hills, the upcoming Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi, scheduled to open in 2030. Located on a horseshoe-shaped private island, this visionary project blends the sophistication of Italian design with the richness of Arabian culture – redefining the meaning of luxury.

An Island as a Living Work of Art

The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will feature 60 elegantly designed rooms and suites alongside 30 villas, each with private pools and views of the open sea, the city skyline, or serene coves. Adding to this are 90 exclusive mansions, each with its own unique architectural identity, some boasting private docks for yachts up to 25 metres long, and eight estates with private beaches.

The landscape design, crafted by Milanese firm LAND SRL, will transform the island into a harmonious interplay of dunes, gardens, and sculptural forms – a tribute to Italian artistry and Arabian craftsmanship.

Architecture Rising from Glass, Gold, and Sand

Designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the architecture embodies a poetic metaphor: glass and gold emerging from the sand. This interplay of materials and forms reflects Abu Dhabi’s identity – a city of heritage and contemporary luxury.

Patricia Viel describes the vision as “a place that offers seclusion and connection to nature while staying within easy reach of the city – a curated experience where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle blend in harmony.”

An Experience Beyond All Standards

Guests will enjoy a holistic luxury lifestyle experience, featuring the iconic Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, the intimate Japanese fine dining concept Hōseki, and a Turkish restaurant with modern interpretations. A 2,000 sqm spa with a 25-meter lap pool, the Bvlgari Dolci boutique, and a Yacht Club with a private beach and 40 berths will complete the offering.

Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari, sees the project as a milestone in haute hospitality: “This resort will unite Abu Dhabi’s unique cultural identity with timeless sophistication and modern refinement.”

Conclusion: A Destination that Sets New Standards

The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi is more than a promise of luxury. It offers a deeper experience of aesthetics, culture, and tranquillity – a sanctuary that inspires as much as it grounds.
