Developed by Amal Development and designed by global branded real estate specialists The One Atelier, the project comprises just eight exclusive residences, including three-bedroom apartments and expansive penthouses with private terraces.

Bespoke furnishings from ETRO Home Interiors, created in collaboration with ONIRO Group, sit alongside sculptural forms, expressive finishes and artisanal materials. Velvet upholstery, handcrafted wood, marble surfaces and curated palettes of ocean blues, forest greens and sun-washed neutrals echo the surrounding jungle, sand and sea.
