Where creativity, cultivation and cactus dreams converge in the Mallorcan sun
Between the jagged silhouette of the Tramuntana mountains and the calm shimmer of the Mediterranean lies a place where the land breathes art and intention. Hotel Corazón is the vision of photographer Kate Bellm and artist Edgar Lopez — a holistic hideaway where wild nature, personal freedom, and mindful creativity coalesce.
Housed in a beautifully restored historic finca, Hotel Corazón is more than a boutique stay: it’s a living project that blends a hotel, organic farm, restaurant, and art space into one inspiring whole. At its core lies a devotion to land, community, and transformation.
A Garden of Earthly Delights
Together with Emma Galea, a dedicated farmer-in-residence, Bellm and Lopez have cultivated the surrounding estate with a philosophy rooted in regenerative agriculture. No pesticides. No shortcuts. Just honest soil, sunlight, and patience.
Their farmland yields herbs, vegetables, fruit, and edible blooms — all used to nourish guests in the hotel’s kitchen. Beyond this, the land becomes even more magical: a spectacular cactus garden unfolds like a surreal dreamscape, home to sacred species and psychotropic plants, curated with reverence and wonder.
Living with the Land
Every aspect of Hotel Corazón is shaped by the rhythm of the seasons. Situated between the artistic enclaves of Deià and Sóller, the hotel invites a slower pace of life. Bellm and Lopez have created a place where freedom, family, and creativity are nurtured by nature itself.
Guests are welcomed not only into a hotel but into a living artwork — an ever-evolving landscape of expression and connection.
Whether you’re wandering through the cactus groves, tasting the day’s harvest, or simply breathing in the mountain air, Hotel Corazón offers something rare: a retreat that feels both grounded and otherworldly.
