Schloss Hollenegg for Design is pleased to announce its ninth annual design exhibition: WOOD LAND. The exhibition focuses on the forest and its most important resource – wood. The show demonstrates various techniques for processing wood and imparts knowledge about different tree species and wood essences. Each object on display also provides an opportunity to discuss topics such as global warming, forest management and sustainable wood production.

MOCA presents an outdoor installation by Los Angeles-based artist Larry Bell. Commissioned specifically for the Sculpture Plaza at MOCA Grand Avenue, Bill and Coo at MOCA’s Nest is a signature, space-defining work, at once creating a public art space while also echoing and highlighting the geometric forms that comprise the museum’s Pritzker Prize winning Arata Isozaki-designed building. This installation was generously gifted by MOCA Trustee Carol Appel, who has served on the board for four years, and her husband David Appel.

The OLM-Nature Escape, embedded in the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites, embodies not only an outstanding technological concept, but also an architectural masterpiece in line with the highest sustainability standards. The project meets all the criteria of the “Casa Clima A Nature” standard and stands out thanks to its unique combination of technology, architecture and environmental awareness. OLM also recently received the GSTC certificate (Global Sustainable Tourism Council Hotel Criteria).

Janu, which means “soul” in Sanskrit – heralds a new era of hospitality with the opening of Janu Tokyo in March 2024. It is the highly anticipated sibling brand of the renowned Aman. Janu’s unveiling is the first of 12 Janu projects planned globally in various city, countryside and coastal destinations. Reservations can now be made for Janu Tokyo from March.
